China has urged all sides to prevent the Yemen conflict from expanding.
During a briefing, the spokesperson of Chinese Foreign Ministry, Mao Ning expressed concern over the escalation of tensions in the Red Sea, which is an important corridor for international trade.
She hoped that all parties will play a constructive and responsible role in maintaining security and stability of Red Sea region as this is in common interest of international community.
