Russia has accused U.S Department of Defense for direct involvement in developing biological weapon components in Ukraine.
During a briefing, Russian Defense Ministry’s spokesman Igor Konashenkov said documents received from Ukrainian employees working at the laboratories have shown that Ukrainian biological projects were directly developed and approved by the Pentagon.
