The Punjab Cabinet has approved a Ramadan package worth over eight billion rupees to provide immediate relief to the people.

In a statement on Sunday, Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar said a 10 kilogram bag of flour will be available at a lower price in the Ramadan bazaars.

He said the Punjab government will provide a subsidy of over four billion rupees on supply of low-cost flour to people, while thirteen food items will also be available in the bazaars at subsidized rates.

The Chief Minister said over three hundreds Ramadan bazaars have been set up across Punjab.
