Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov says Moscow will strive to achieve all goals in talks with Kiev.
He was addressing a press conference in Moscow today following negotiations with his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan in Moscow.
He said talks between Russia and Ukraine are not proceeding smoothly, but we will strive to make sure that all of the goals of the negotiations are achieved.
The Russian Foreign Minister said that he is overall very satisfied with the outcome of the meeting with his Armenian counterpart.
