Punjab Emergency Services Department (PESD) Bahawalpur has sent eight ambulances and nine water bowsers along with fifty-seven Rescuers for Cholistan.

According to District Emergency Officer Rescue 1122 Bahawalpur, Baqir Hussain six rescue posts have been established in the drought hit areas which will provide first aid and awareness about heat wave to the people of Cholistan.
