Balochistan’s development only possible by focusing on HR development: Arif Alvi

President Arif Alvi has called for investing in human resource in order to tap the country’s natural resources.

Speaking to the students of Balochistan Residential College, Loralai, during an interactive session in Islamabad, he said students should also make full use of online and distance learning and skill development.

He said Balochistan’s rapid development is possible only by focusing on the development of human resource.
