UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has urged developed countries to fully meet all commitments on finance and adaptation to cope with climate change.
Addressing the COP28 climate conference in Dubai, he said many developing countries are drowning in debt, have no fiscal space, and are churning in climate chaos.
The UN Chief also called for multilateral cooperation to address this common challenge confronting mankind.
