Security forces foil bid of arms smuggling at Pak-Afghan Torkham border

Security forces have foiled a bid of arms smuggling at Pak-Afghan Torkham border.

According to details, the modern American arms were concealed in onion sacks in a truck coming from Afghanistan to Pakistan. Among the recovered weapons are modern American-made M4, Kalashnikov, magazines, thousands of bullets of various types, American rifle grenades, night vision sights and laser beams.

The Afghan driver of the truck has also been arrested.

The arms and ammunition were being smuggled for carrying out terrorist activities in Pakistan.
