A delegation of Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians called on Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif in Islamabad today.
Besides current political situation of the country, the regional situation also came under discussion in the meeting.
Speaking on the occasion, the Prime Minister said Pakistan Peoples Party is an important coalition partner of the government.
Shehbaz Sharif said the PPP supported the government at every step for taking important decisions regarding the national development and progress, for which we are grateful to the party.
The PPP delegation included Senator Sherry Rehman, Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, Syed Naveed Qamar and Ijaz Jakhrani.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar, Federal Ministers Ahsan Iqbal, Azam Nazeer Tarar and Advisor to the Prime Minister Rana Sanaullah were also present in the meeting.
