Federal Parliamentary Secretary for Communications and Member of the National Assembly, Engineer Malik Gul Asghar Khan Baghur, has stated that overseas Pakistanis are playing a vital role in the country’s development and economic stability.
He expressed these views during a special meeting in his chamber at the National Assembly with Seth Sultan Mehboob, Vice President of the Pakistan Business Forum France, and Sultan Mahmood, Director of Alpha Voyage and a senior official of the Pakistan Business Forum France.
On the occasion, Director Alpha Voyage Sultan Mahmood appreciated Malik Gul Asghar Khan Baghur’s spirit of public service and described him as a guiding example for young leadership.
MNA Malik Gul Asghar Khan Baghur said that Pakistanis living abroad not only support the economy by sending valuable foreign exchange but also play an important role in promoting a positive image of Pakistan worldwide.
He added that Pakistanis residing in Gulf countries, Europe, and North America are particularly prominent in this regard and are bringing honor to the country through their hard work, integrity, and professional skills.
He further stated that overseas Pakistanis serve as ambassadors of the country and actively contribute to investment, welfare projects, and social services.
The Federal Parliamentary Secretary paid tribute to the services of overseas Pakistanis and termed them a valuable asset of the nation.
