Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar spoke today with Vice President and High Representative of the European Union Kaja Kallas.
During the telephonic conversation, they discussed the evolving situation including its economic and broader implications.
The High Representative and Vice President of the European Union appreciated Pakistan’s continued constructive and facilitative role in promoting regional peace and stability.
In his remarks, the Deputy Prime Minister reaffirmed Pakistan’s sustained commitment to promote dialogue ad engagement in this regard. He also commended the recent successful convening of the EU-Pakistan Business Forum in Islamabad, underscoring its role in strengthening partnerships and unlocking new opportunities for businesses.
Both sides agreed to remain in close contact.
