A dignified solidarity rally was organized by the Tehsil Administration Noorpur Thal to express support for the Pakistan Army on the completion of one year of the successful Operation Bunyan-ul-Marsoos. The rally was led by Assistant Commissioner Noorpur Thal, Dr. Haroon Ahmed Shiraz.
A large number of government officials, staff members, social personalities, and citizens participated in the rally. Participants carried national flags, placards, and banners inscribed with slogans in favor of the Pakistan Army and expressions of patriotism. The air echoed with enthusiastic chants of “Pakistan Zindabad” and “Pakistan Army Zindabad.”
Before the rally, a brief but graceful ceremony was held at the Assistant Commissioner’s Office, where Assistant Commissioner Dr. Haroon Ahmed Shiraz hoisted the national flag. The national anthem was played on the occasion, while special prayers were offered for the security and stability of the country and for the elevated ranks of the martyrs.
Addressing the participants, Assistant Commissioner Dr. Haroon Ahmed Shiraz said that the Pakistan Army has always rendered unforgettable sacrifices for the defense of the homeland and the establishment of peace. He stated that the success of Operation Bunyan-ul-Marsoos is a clear reflection of the professionalism, determination, and sacrifices of the brave armed forces.
He further said that the entire nation stands firmly with its armed forces and will never hesitate to make any sacrifice for the defense of the country.
