Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that the development and prosperity of Balochistan, along with welfare of its people, remain top priority of the government.
He was talking to a delegation of senior politicians from Balochistan, who called on him in Islamabad today.
The Prime Minister said Balochistan is rich in natural resources and the government is making every possible effort to ensure that the people of the province fully benefit from these resources.
He said the federal government is working in close coordination with the provincial government for development of Balochistan.
The delegation included Senator Mir Dostain Khan Domki, Provincial Minister for Public Health Engineering Sardar Abdul Rehman Khetran, and Balochistan Assembly members Sardar Changez Marri and Mir Khuda Bakhsh Marri.
