A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Imran Abbas Chadhar, SP Investigation Sargodha, with the DSP Sadr Circle, SHOs of concerned police stations, investigation officers, and IT branch staff.
During the meeting, a detailed review of the law and order situation, pending cases, and the ongoing crackdown against criminal elements was conducted. The SP Investigation examined the individual performance reports of all officers and directed them to complete investigations of all cases on merit at the earliest possible time and submit challans to the courts without delay.
Special tasks were assigned for the arrest of proclaimed offenders and court absconders involved in serious crimes. He clearly stated that no negligence, bias, or carelessness in investigations would be tolerated under any circumstances.
He further emphasized that investigations should be conducted on modern scientific lines to ensure that the real culprits are brought before the court of law and justice is provided to the public promptly.
