On the occasion of Youm-e-Ashura, District Police Officer (DPO) Khushab, Dr. Ammara Shirazi, visited various mourning processions and religious gatherings (Majalis) across the district to review the security arrangements.
During the visits, she conducted a detailed inspection of the security measures and instructed the police officers and personnel deployed on duty to remain vigilant and perform their responsibilities with dedication, professionalism, and a strong sense of duty.
The DPO inspected procession routes, entry and exit points, security checkpoints, and other safety arrangements. She also received briefings from the concerned officers regarding the implementation of the security plan.
Dr. Ammara Shirazi reaffirmed that the Khushab Police is utilizing all available resources to maintain law and order and ensure the safety and security of mourners, so that all Youm-e-Ashura events conclude peacefully in a secure environment.
