Provincial Health Minister Khawaja Imran Nazir, Special Assistant Shoaib Mirza, Regional Police Officer (RPO) Muhammad Shehzad Asif Khan, Commissioner Hafiz Shaukat Ali, District Police Officer (DPO) Muhammad Sohaib Ashraf, and Deputy Commissioner Hussain Ahmad Raza Chaudhry visited the routes of the central Ashura procession in Sargodha.
During the visit, they met with members of the Peace Committee and procession organizers. The officials also reviewed the live monitoring of the central Ashura processions across all four districts through CCTV cameras.
Expressing satisfaction over the arrangements made for mourners in view of the intense heat, the officials appreciated the provision of essential facilities. They emphasized that all relevant departments remain on high alert to ensure the safety, security, and convenience of the mourners of Ahl-e-Bait (AS) throughout Ashura observances.
