District Police Officer (DPO) Khushab, Dr. Ammara Shirazi, conducted a surprise inspection of City Police Station Joharabad to review its overall functioning and administrative affairs.
During the visit, she thoroughly inspected the front desk, police records, lock-up, police station buildings, and other operational matters. The DPO also examined the records of the detainees held in the lock-up and inquired about the facilities being provided to them.
Dr. Ammara Shirazi directed the concerned officers to expedite the disposal of pending applications, under-investigation cases, and pending challans to ensure timely justice and efficient service delivery.
She further instructed the police officials to treat all citizens visiting the police station with courtesy and respect and to ensure the prompt resolution of their grievances. Emphasizing the department’s commitment to public service, she stated that the protection of the lives and property of citizens remains the top priority of Khushab Police.
