Deputy Commissioner Khushab Dr. Jahanzeb Hussain Labar visited the District Public School (DPS) Jauharabad and inspected the site and foundation of the newly planned multipurpose hall.
Principal DPS Jauharabad Professor Salahuddin, Deputy Director Development Sohail Sikandar Ranjha, Executive Engineer Buildings Hafiz Muhammad Adnan, and other officers of the concerned departments were also present on the occasion.
Deputy Director Development Sohail Sikandar Ranjha and Executive Engineer Buildings Hafiz Muhammad Adnan gave the Deputy Commissioner a detailed briefing on the construction of the multipurpose hall, preparation of its foundation, commencement of construction work, estimated cost, completion timeline, and other related matters.
Dr. Jahanzeb Hussain Labar directed the concerned officers to ensure the strength, durability, and quality of the foundation and the overall construction of the multipurpose hall. He emphasized that all work must be carried out strictly according to the approved design and prescribed construction standards.
The Deputy Commissioner further directed that the quality of construction materials used in the project be regularly checked on technical grounds and that the construction work be closely monitored.
He made it clear that there would be no compromise on the use of substandard or defective materials, and that maintaining the required quality of construction would be mandatory throughout the project.
