Benazir Income Support Programme Chairperson Rubina Khalid has said Benazir Hunarmand Programme has been launched to equip deserving individuals with skills and make them financially self-reliant.
Addressing a news conference at BISP zonal office in Lahore, she said services of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto for women’s rights were acknowledged all over the world.
The chairperson clarified that through the digital wallet system, financial assistance would be transferred directly to the digital wallets of deserving women.
