Minister for Planning and Development, Ahsan Iqbal says the government is taking effective measure for the betterment and welfare of farmers.
Addressing a ceremony in Narowal today, the Planning Minister said that agriculture sector plays a key role in the development of the country.
He said the country’s economy is heading towards right direction due to the prudent economic policies of the incumbent government.
He said that security forces are rendering matchless sacrifices in the war on terror. He said the defence of Pakistan is in safe hands.
The Minister paid salute to the workers who worked tirelessly in flood-hit areas for the assistance and safe evacuation of the flood affected people.
