Pakistan Strengthens Diplomatic Engagement with Bangladesh and Qatar

Pakistan has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation with Bangladesh across multiple sectors, while also engaging with Qatar on issues of mutual interest and regional developments.

The reaffirmation came during a telephonic conversation between Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Bangladesh’s Foreign Adviser Md. Touhid Hossain. The two leaders reviewed Pakistan-Bangladesh relations, with a particular focus on enhancing trade and economic cooperation. They also exchanged views on current regional and international issues and underscored the importance of sustained engagement to advance shared interests and promote regional peace and prosperity.

In a separate telephone call, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar spoke with Qatar’s Minister of State Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Khulaifi. The discussion centered on bilateral cooperation, key issues of mutual interest, and ongoing global and regional developments.

The conversations reflect Pakistan’s continued diplomatic outreach aimed at strengthening ties with regional partners and fostering collaboration on political, economic, and strategic fronts.
