The Pakistan Post is set to be fully digitalized by January 2027 as part of a major reform initiative aimed at modernizing postal services nationwide and aligning them with international standards.
The Ministry of Communications has launched the Automation of Post Office Project, which is being financed by the Export-Import Bank of Korea.
The project focuses on transforming Pakistan Post’s largely manual operations into a fully digital, integrated system.
The digital overhaul will significantly strengthen the organization’s core functions, including mail management, financial services, parcel tracking, and internal administration.
