Gujranwala’s ‘Sher-e-Punjab’ team has won the First National Chief of Army Staff Wrestling Championship 2026 held in Sialkot.
Peshawar’s team ‘Khyber Fighters’ secured second position in the championship.
A large number of people, including the district, division and provincial level wrestling champions watched the final contests of U-19 and U-17 categories at the Sialkot Sports Stadium.
The participants appreciated Pakistan Army’s initiatives for promotion of talent and organizing of the event.
