
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has arrived in Vienna, Austria, for a two-day visit on the invitation of Austrian Chancellor Christian Stocker.
Upon arrival at Vienna International Airport, the Prime Minister and the Pakistani delegation were accorded a warm welcome while the Austrian armed forces presented a guard of honor.
During the visit, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will hold delegation-level meetings with Austrian Chancellor Christian Stocker.
He will jointly chair a meeting along with the Austrian Chancellor, featuring prominent business figures to discuss increasing investments between the two countries.
He will also attend and address the Pakistan-Austria Business Forum.
Additionally, the Prime Minister will address a special United Nations event in Vienna on the theme of “Sustainable Development: The Path to Global Peace and Prosperity.”
During the visit, Shehbaz Sharif will also meet with the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister are also accompanying Shehbaz Sharif.
