Imran Abbas Chadhar, SP Investigation Sargodha, chaired a meeting with SDPOs and SHOs from across the district to review their individual performance.
During the meeting, he directed officers to further tighten the noose around proclaimed offenders and habitual criminals involved in heinous crimes. He emphasized that elements posing a threat to societal peace must be arrested immediately and brought before the court of law.
Issuing strict instructions regarding the ongoing crackdown against drug dealers, he stated that those involved in destroying the younger generation through narcotics deserve no leniency. All circle officers and SHOs were instructed to accelerate operations in their respective areas and ensure the disruption of drug supply lines at all costs.
Referring to the special directives of the Inspector General of Punjab Police, the SP Investigation bound all police officers to bring positive changes in police station culture and to treat citizens with courtesy and respect.
He further said that providing relief to the common man and ensuring the prompt resolution of public complaints should remain the top priority of the police.
