Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan has said that rule of merit and transparency is essential for improvement in institutions.
He was addressing at the passing out ceremony of the 12th Basic Recruit Course at the National Highway & Motorway Police Training College in Sheikhupura today.
He said that modern technologies are being utilized for better performance of Motorway Police and toll plazas on Motorways have been digitized.
Abdul Aleem Khan said that motorways play a key role for promotion of tourism. He said that the work on the Motorway from Kaghan, Naran to Gilgit will start soon.
