
A dignified ceremony was held at the Government College of Technology Joharabad for the foundation stone laying of Masjid Yahya. On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner Khushab Dr. Jahanzeb Hussain Laber and District Police Officer Khushab Dr. Ammara Shirazi laid the foundation stone of Masjid Yahya at the Government College of Technology Joharabad with their own hands.
Upon their arrival at the college, the principal, college staff, and political and social personalities warmly welcomed the distinguished guests. Principal of the college Atta Muhammad Madhwal briefed the participants about the college and the mosque project and also highlighted other needs of the institution.
On this occasion, the chief guests and other distinguished participants also planted saplings on the college premises. Deputy Commissioner Khushab Dr. Jahanzeb Hussain Laber and Dr. Ammara Shirazi unveiled the commemorative plaque and laid the first brick of the mosque themselves.
The ceremony was hosted by President Pakistan Muslim League (N) District Khushab and former Senator Dr. Ghaus Muhammad Khan Niazi. Other prominent participants included Principal Government College of Technology Joharabad Atta Muhammad, President Chamber of Commerce Ikramullah Khan, Malik Rizwan Bhai, Malik Ramzan Boorana, Munir Tahir Advocate, Jaji Bashir Awan, Mubashir Zill, Amanullah Niazi, and others.
At the end of the ceremony, Maulana Fida-ur-Rehman offered a special prayer for the prosperity and well-being of the Muslim Ummah.
