
Malik Muhammad Imtiaz Naseem, Assistant Education Officer Rangpur Baghour, while talking to the media, said that the examinations conducted under the Punjab Examination Commission for Teachers Assessment (PECTA) play an important role in improving the professional abilities of teachers and enhancing the overall standard of education.
He stated that according to the demands of the modern era, an effective system for the training and assessment of teachers is extremely essential so that students can be provided with quality education. He said that PECTA examinations are an effective means of evaluating the academic and teaching capabilities of teachers. Through these examinations, not only do teachers improve their professional competence, but the teaching standards in educational institutions can also be enhanced.
Malik Muhammad Imtiaz Naseem further said that such examinations help teachers become familiar with new educational strategies, modern teaching methods, and educational technology, which enables them to educate students in a more effective manner.
He added that teachers are the architects of the nation, and through their better training and professional development, the foundation of a strong and educated society can be established. The Assistant Education Officer urged teachers to take the PECTA examinations seriously and work hard to further improve their academic and professional skills.
