The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) has successfully completed the final phase of Livestock-Based Economic Empowerment Project in Pakistan.
The project was implemented in Pakistan to strengthen livelihoods and improve the economic resilience of vulnerable communities.
Under this phase, 500 cattle along with two bags of silage for each beneficiary were distributed among vulnerable households in Charsadda, Mardan and Nowshera districts.
In addition, 40 training sessions on livestock management, animal health, and improved breeding practices were conducted through the District Livestock Departments to strengthen the technical capacity of beneficiary households and promote sustainable livestock-based livelihood opportunities.
This project reflects the humanitarian vision of Saudi Arabia to empower vulnerable communities, promote self-reliance, and support sustainable development through livelihood-based initiatives.
