Deputy Commissioner Khushab Dr. Jahanzeb Hussain Labar visited the Ramzan Relief Bazaar in Joharabad and reviewed in detail the facilities provided to citizens, the availability of essential food items, and their prices.
During the visit, the Deputy Commissioner inspected various stalls and checked the prices and quality of flour, sugar, vegetables, fruits, and other essential commodities. He also interacted with the buyers and inquired about the facilities being provided at the relief bazaar.
The Deputy Commissioner directed the concerned officials to ensure the provision of quality and affordable food items to the public during the holy month of Ramzan in accordance with the directives of the Government of Punjab. He further emphasized that prices should be strictly monitored and that no one would be allowed to engage in profiteering.
On this occasion, the relevant officials were also present, and arrangements made to provide better facilities to the citizens were reviewed.
