Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced major steps to promote modern agricultural machinery in the province.
In a statement today, she said 30,000 tractors are being provided to farmers within two years.
Maryam Nawaz said agricultural mechanization will lower costs, boost production and urged farmers to adopt modern farming methods instead of outdated practices.
