RPO Sargodha Region, Muhammad Shahzad Asif Khan, during his visit to Mianwali, conducted a detailed inspection of key security points along with DPO Mianwali, Waqar Azeem Kharal. On this occasion, RPO Dera Ismail Khan, Ghulam Mubashir Maken, also participated along with DPO Lakki Marwat, Nazir Khan, and DPO D.I. Khan, Ziauddin Ahmad.
The police officials visited Abdul Khel CPEC Interchange, KPK Check Post Mir Alam Shah, and Police Station Isa Khel, where they thoroughly reviewed the law and order and security situation in inter-provincial border areas, CPEC routes, and adjoining regions.
A key meeting on security matters was also held during the visit, in which detailed discussions were carried out on making border security more effective. Various proposals and strategies were considered to further strengthen the security of inter-provincial borders, CPEC routes, and sensitive locations.
The participants of the meeting reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring effective measures and emphasized that improved coordination and a joint strategy between provinces would further enhance the overall law and order situation.
