Chief Secretary Punjab Zahid Akhtar Zaman paid a special visit to Sargodha, where he reviewed ongoing development projects and expressed satisfaction over their pace.
During a meeting held at the Deputy Commissioner Office Sargodha, Commissioner Sargodha Division Hafiz Shaukat Ali, RPO Sargodha Range Shehzad Asif Khan, Deputy Commissioner Sargodha Hussain Ahmed Raza Chaudhry, Deputy Commissioners of Khushab and Bhakkar, Managing Director WASA, Managing Director Suthra Punjab Authority, SEs Highways and Buildings, CEO Cantonment Board, and other officials were present.
The meeting included a detailed briefing on city development, sewerage, and other ongoing projects. The Chief Secretary also inspected the under-construction city beautification project.
On the occasion, traders appreciated the government’s initiatives. The Chief Secretary participated in the tree plantation campaign by planting a sapling and directed the concerned authorities to ensure the timely completion of all projects.
