Pakistan Women delivered a dominant performance to defeat Zimbabwe Women by 153 runs in a one-sided match.
Batting first, Pakistan Women posted a strong total of 237 for 5 in their allotted overs. Ayesha played a brilliant innings, scoring 102 runs. Aliva added a quick 48 runs off 23 balls, while G. Feroza contributed 37 runs off 19 deliveries.
For Zimbabwe, Sibanda took 2 wickets for 59 runs, while Biza and Mavunga picked up one wicket each.
Chasing 238, Zimbabwe Women were bowled out for just 84 runs. Natasha scored 24 off 20 balls, and Adel made 18 off 34 deliveries, but failed to build a strong partnership.
Pakistan’s bowling attack was outstanding. Fatima took 3 wickets for just 7 runs, Sadia also claimed 3 wickets for 14 runs, while Natalia picked up 2 wickets for 3 runs.
Pakistan Women won the match comfortably by 153 runs with a commanding all-round performance.
