Pakistan has once again won Labbaitum Excellence Award for providing outstanding services to the Hujjaj.

Our correspondent Asad Ullah Khan reports from Makkah that Pakistan’s Hajj arrangements have earned high praise on the global stage for the second consecutive year.

Director General Pakistan Hajj Mission Abdul Wahab Soomro received the award from Saudi Minister for Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq bin Rabiah in post-Hajj “Khitaamuhu Misk” Conference held in Makkah today.

The Saudi officials and heads of other Hajj missions particularly acknowledged Pakistan’s improved crowd management, better accommodation services, and round-the-clock assistance for pilgrims at Mina, Arafat, and the Jamarat Complex.

Speaking on the occasion, Abdul Wahab Soomro dedicated the award to Pakistani Hujjaj and the support staff who worked day and night to ensure a smooth pilgrimage.

In the same event, the Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah also unveiled the policy framework and timelines for Hajj 2027.

Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Sardar Muhammad Yousuf who led the Pakistani delegation welcomed the early start of preparations and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to providing maximum facilities for future pilgrims.
