President of the PML-N Youth Wing District Khushab, Malik Saad Bashir Awan, paid glowing tribute to Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) and the martyrs of Karbala on the occasion of Youm-e-Ashura, saying that the tragedy of Karbala is an eternal lesson of truth, justice, patience, perseverance, and sacrifice for all humanity.
In his message, he said that Youm-e-Ashura teaches that every sacrifice can be made for the sake of truth and righteousness, but one must never bow before falsehood, oppression, or tyranny. Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS), along with his noble family and devoted companions, made the ultimate sacrifice on the battlefield of Karbala, proving that offering one’s life for dignity, honor, and the supremacy of truth is a great privilege, while surrendering to injustice can never be accepted.
Malik Saad Bashir Awan further stated that the unparalleled sacrifice of Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) will forever remain a guiding light for those who stand firmly for truth. He said that the incident of Karbala teaches the values of patience, steadfastness, selflessness, brotherhood, justice, and service to humanity. By following these principles, society can be transformed into a place of peace, harmony, and mutual respect.
He concluded by praying that Almighty Allah grants everyone the ability to follow the teachings of Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) and the martyrs of Karbala, to stand firmly for truth, resist oppression, and uphold justice and fairness in every aspect of life.
