A public delegation from District Khushab held a special meeting with the Attorney General of Pakistan, Malik Mansoor Usman Awan, at the Minister Enclave in Islamabad to discuss key public issues affecting the Soon Valley and surrounding areas. The Attorney General assured the delegation of his full cooperation in addressing the concerns raised.
According to details, the delegation was led by the well-known political and social figure of Soon Valley and former Member of the Provincial Assembly (MPA), Malik Mukhtar Ahmed Awan. Other members of the delegation included Zaildar Malik Nazar Hayat Kund, Malik Ghulam Abbas Jaba, former Nazim of Sandral Malik Imdad Awan, and Engineer Malik Hasnain Iqbal Jaba.
During the meeting, the delegation highlighted several pressing issues faced by the residents of the Union Councils of Khabeki, Jaba, Kund, and Sandral. These included the upgradation of the Elementary School in Jaba, the worsening water shortage, prolonged drought conditions, improvements to the drainage system, rehabilitation of drainage channels in Jaba town, and the construction, repair, and protection of roads.
Attorney General of Pakistan Malik Mansoor Usman Awan listened carefully to the delegation’s proposals and assured them of his full support and cooperation in resolving the public issues. He reaffirmed his commitment to contributing to the welfare of the people and the development of the region.
Following the meeting, local residents expressed optimism that these positive efforts would pave the way for resolving the long-standing issues of Soon Valley and mark the beginning of a new era of development, prosperity, and improved public facilities in the area.
