Trials to select the Rawalpindi Division Basketball Team for the upcoming Commissioner Cup/Punjab Inter Divisional Basketball Championship 2026 will be held on 15 and 16 July 2026 in Rawalpindi.
The championship is scheduled to take place from 24 to 28 July 2026 in Faisalabad, bringing together top divisional teams from across Punjab.
According to Mr. Imtiaz Rafi Butt, the selection trials will be conducted daily from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at F.G. Public School No. 2 (Technical School), Tariqabad, Lalkurti.
Speaking to media representatives, Mr. Butt said the team would be selected strictly on merit. He added that a training camp would be organized after the trials under the supervision of qualified coaches to prepare the selected players for the championship.
Interested basketball players have been advised to report at the venue on time and arrive in proper sports kit to participate in the selection process.
