Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has expressed grave concern over the deteriorating situation in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, particularly in Occupied East Jerusalem and the West Bank.
He was speaking at the Ministerial Meeting on Jerusalem in Amman today.
Ishaq Dar condemned continued violations at Al-Aqsa Mosque, illegal settlement expansion, settler violence, and all attempts to alter the historical and legal status of the Holy Sites by Israel.
He reaffirmed Pakistan’s steadfast support for the Hashemite Custodianship over the Islamic and Christian Holy Sites in Jerusalem and stressed that Israel has no sovereignty over Occupied East Jerusalem.
