Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Mazari, candidate for Chairman of Union Council 7/2 Chak Thal, has said that eliminating the backwardness of the area and ensuring public welfare and development are his top political priorities.
Talking to the media, he said that at the insistence of his friends, local youth and underprivileged people of the constituency, he has firmly decided to contest the upcoming local government elections for the post of Chairman of the Union Council.
Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Mazari said that, God willing, after winning the local government elections, he would promote a politics of public service and work wholeheartedly for the development of the area, resolution of basic problems and welfare of the people.
He further said that if the people placed their trust in him, he would utilize all his abilities to eliminate the area’s longstanding deprivation and bring about meaningful development.
Former Vice Chairman Haji Nawab Khan was also present on the occasion.
