Sehr Media Group has appointed editorial incharge renowned medical professional, columnist, poet, and prose writer Dr. Mahboob Alam Rana as of the group. Dr. Rana has assumed his new responsibilities.
Dr. Mahboob Alam Rana remained associated with the healthcare sector for a long period and retired as Additional Medical Superintendent of one of Lahore’s oldest dental hospitals. During his government service, he also remained actively involved in literary and intellectual activities. He continued writing columns and contributed to poetry and prose, with several of his literary and poetry books having been published.
In recognition of his extensive administrative, medical, social, journalistic, and literary services, Sehr Media Group has entrusted him with this important editorial responsibility. The management expressed the hope that Dr. Mahboob Alam Rana would use his vast experience, capabilities, and positive approach to further strengthen and enhance the group’s journalistic, literary, and intellectual activities.

It may be mentioned that Dr. Mahboob Alam Rana hails from Dera Ghazi Khan. He spent most of his professional life in Lahore and, following his retirement, is now residing in Bahawalpur. His association with Sehr Media Group is being regarded as a significant development in journalistic and literary circles.
