President of the Noorpur Thal Press Club, Seth Samar Sultan, has said that the Noorpur Thal Press Club is an institution with a proud tradition of journalism. He said that the Press Club would leave no stone unturned in representing the aspirations of the people and highlighting regional issues through its platform.
He expressed these views during a luncheon hosted by Vice President Noorpur Thal Press Club, Tasawwar Abbas Bhatti, at his residence in honour of Press Club office-bearers M. Noor Din, Malik Ghulam Jilani Wadhal and Muhammad Naseem, as well as senior journalists Raja Noor Ilahi Atif and Malik Haji Shaukat Hayat Khara. The meeting was chaired by Noorpur Thal Press Club President Seth Samar Sultan.
The participants emphasized the need to highlight regional issues, raise public concerns and promote positive and responsible journalism. Other journalists also expressed their views and pledged to play a responsible role in highlighting local issues and serving the public through professional journalism.
