Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar has expressed the determination of his government to start the industrial revolution in Balochistan during its short period.

He was talking to a delegation of the Quetta Chamber of Commerce in the provincial capital of Balochistan on Sunday.

The delegation comprised important business personalities of the province.

The Prime Minister said Balochistan is not only the largest province in terms of area in Pakistan, but it is an extremely suitable area for trade due to its two neighboring countries and Gwadar port.

He said Balochistan should be the center of industries in view of its abundant mineral deposits and vast agricultural land. He said efforts will be made to ensure that Balochistan is benefitting more from the recently established Special Investment Facilitation Council.

The delegation informed the Prime Minister about the problems faced by the business community in Balochistan. The Prime Minister assured to address these issues.
