Sixty-four Afghans residing illegally have been deported from Islamabad after the expiry of deadline.
These illegal Afghan nationals were sent to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa today and afterwards they will be deported to Afghanistan.
The process of coordination with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police has also been completed in this regard. They were on board two buses along with the security officials of FIA and Islamabad Police.
Punjab Police will be responsible for the provision of security at different points during the journey.
