Pakistan and Finland have jointly started work on Vocational Talent Boost Program for youth with a grant of 1.5 million euros.

The platform of Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) has been used for this program of Finland’s Turku Vocational Institute and NUTECH Pakistan.

The European Union has approved the Vocational Talent Boost Program proposed under the Pakistan-Finland Cooperation.

The program focuses on sectors such as hospitality services, construction and health.

This program will not only bring institutions like NUTECH in line with the EU standards of vocational training but will also help in developing a skilled workforce.

The first batch of trainees under this program will go to Finland by October 2025 to explore employment opportunities.
