North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has warned for preemptive use of nuclear weapons to counter hostile forces.
State News Agency KCNA reported that he said the country should be able to preemptively thwart all dangerous attempts and threatening moves if necessary.
He said that Pyongyang should continue to build up its arsenal so that it can have the overwhelming military muscle that no force in the world can provoke.
