Pakistan’s Ambassador to the US Masood Khan has said Pakistan is committed to the ideals of pluralism and democracy.
Addressing an event at the embassy of Pakistan in Washington, he said we will continue to ensure protection of the rights of all citizens and promote minorities’ participation in the national life.
He said Pakistan has been taken steps to preserve religious heritage. Opening of Kartarpur corridor was widely acclaimed by the Sikh community all over the world.
Masood Khan said we are also renovating Katas Raj temple and other places of worship.
Representatives of minorities’ community, on the occasion, said they are proud of the heritage and their association with Pakistan.
