Pakistan 1, represented by Awais Munir and former world champion Muhammad Asif, claimed the bronze medal at the prestigious Asian 6-Red & Team Snooker Championship 2025, held from June 22 to 28 in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

In the semi-final of the team event, Pakistan 1 faced a strong Malaysian side and were defeated 3-1 in a competitive encounter. The match scores were:
