Punjab government has declared fitness certificate as mandatory for motorbikes across the province to reduce risk of accident.
In this regard, law has been amended under which a fitness certificate for one year will be issued after testing motorbikes.
The Transport Department has asked the public to obtain a certificate after getting their motorbikes checked for fitness.
