Minister for Poverty Alleviation & Social Safety Syed Imran Ahmed Shah has reiterated the Government’s commitment to uphold transparency in Benazir Income Support Programme.
During his visit to the BISP Central Zonal Office in Lahore to review the progress of ongoing initiatives, he highlighted the need for prompt and efficient resolution of grievances raised by program beneficiaries. He directed officials concerned to strengthen grievance redressal mechanisms.
The Minister appreciated the efforts of the BISP Punjab team, commending their dedication and hard work in delivering critical services to millions of vulnerable families across the province.
